Legends of Baseball® 19th Season in Cooperstown.
The Legends Of Baseball Is A Baseball Experience The Whole Family Can Enjoy.
This year will be our 19th season of hosting tournaments in Cooperstown. With camp sizes of 8 to 12 teams, each team will play between 7 and 11 games weather permitting.
To make your experience even more enjoyable, invite your son or father to join you for the week. We allow family members under the age of 30 the opportunity to play with their fathers and grandfathers. However, pitching is limited to the over 30 crowd. Sharing the love of the game and creating memories that will last a lifetime is what makes our tournaments unique.
Our participants are "Men of Good Cheer" who can come together to participate in the grand old game of baseball in a competitive, yet friendly environment. Good sportsmanship and camaraderie are a must. We make every attempt to equalize the talent of the various teams so that all competition will be on as "level a playing field" as possible. The Legends of Baseball wants everyone to catch the "Spirit of the Game" and enjoy our tournaments to the fullest.
So, bring your family, bring your friends and enjoy a week in Cooperstown, as this is one baseball experience you don't want to miss!! As we say, "You're never too old to play the game℠."

The New Year Update I hope everyone had a Joyous Holiday Season and is excited about 2012.
This will be our 20th Season in Cooperstown and, hopefully, we'll have another 20 more. It has been very rewarding for me to watch so many of you embrace our tournament with such enthusiasm over the years.
I am so very privilege to call all of you friends and family and I want to thank you for all for your support over the years.
2012 will be a quieter year in Cooperstown without Greg Lippitt, the assistant groundskeeper at Doubleday. After many years of helping Joe Harris, Greg has decided to get of the tractor.
He is a true friend and a professional who always looked after us.
I know I will miss him and hope he will still find the time to drop by and enjoy a game and a laugh o... more
